The Hotel is located in the central quiet part of the city, near to city park, Zoo, City Stadion, Government of Republic of Macedonia, Ministery of Defence and Military Headquaters, Ministry of Culture, Ministery of Agriculture,  Greek Embassy, Russian Embassy, American Embassy and many other organizations and foreign missions.

Tim`s offers you high category hotel accommodation in an object situated in the quite central part of the town, near to the Ministry of Defense as well as many public institutions and embassies. During our five year experience we can say that we are specialized in accomodating VIP guests.

We have been honored to host many ambassadors, high diplomatic representatives, foreign missionaries and other representatives. Our object has four apartments, three exclusive apartments, one residence and seven double rooms.

All apartments and rooms are equipped with an air conditioner, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet acces and a mini bar. Tim`s office is also available to our guests for using internet connections, fax, and laundry services.
